- 1/2 cup Key Lime Pie, prepared, ½” dice, frozen
- 7 tsp Graham Crackers, crushed

Instructions
- In a mixer or bowl, combine 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, diced key lime pie and crushed graham crackers.
- Using a paddle attachment, mix on low speed.
- Portion ice cream mix into an 8-ounce cup and pack to the top.
- Cover with a lid and freeze until service.
