- 1 cup Key Lime Pie, prepared, ½” dice, frozen
- 5 tbsp Graham Crackers, crushed
Key Lime To-Go
Overview
Premium vanilla ice cream folded with pieces of key lime pie and graham cracker crumbles hard packed as a pint to go.
Instructions
- In a mixer or bowl, combine 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, diced key lime pie and crushed graham crackers.
- Using a paddle attachment, mix on low speed.
- Portion ice cream mix into a 16-ounce cup and pack to the top.
- Cover with a lid and freeze until service.
