- 16 chocolate sandwich cookies, whole

Cookies & Cream ice cream layered on a chocolate cookie crust. Topped with whipped cream and a chocolate sandwich cookie.

Instructions
- Melt butter in microwave and combine with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
- Press cookie mixture into ring mold making 1/ 2inch layer in each ring mold.
- Fill ring mold with ice cream and freeze overnight.
- Remove ring from dessert.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate sandwich cookie.
