Two double chocolate cookies filled with Blue Bunny® Round Slice Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream and pistachio crème, rolled in buttery toasted kadayif (shredded phyllo dough).

Instructions
- Cover the bottom of both cookies with pistachio crème. (1.5 Tbsp each)
- Top the first cookie with a Round Slice of ice cream.
- Place the second cookie on top.
- Roll through toasted kadayif.
- Transfer to the freezer for service.
