Ingredients

  • 1 each Blue Bunny® Cookies 'N Cream Sandwich
  • 1 each Blue Bunny® Peppermint Stick Ice Cream, pre-cut 3"x3/4" round
  • ¼ cup mint chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut Blue Bunny® Cookies 'N Cream sandwich in half
  2. Add peppermint stick ice cream on one half of the sandwich and put the sandwich back together.
  3. Crush mint chocolate chip sandwich cookies and roll half of the sandwich in them.
